Mapping / Directory

Since there is no global directory of performing arts universities, departments of universities, academies, colleges, research centres, studios and other institutions related to education in the performing arts, a database logging the names and locations of relevant institutions from around the world is to be created. The mapping will lead to a directory that will also show what courses, facilities, and personnel the institutions offer. Such a directory is of benefit for institutions who search for experts as well as for students who wish to study abroad. It will aid exchange of students, personnel and techniques. It will also aid the Network in distributing information and calls. Furthermore, it will allow ITI to distribute the messages for World Theatre Day and International Dance day. This project can only be done if funds are found.
